• I provide 1-on-1 (or buddy) personalized strength training for women in their 30s to 60s, all in my private home gym on Tandalee Crescent. Whether your goal is to build strength, improve mobility, tone up, or just feel better in your body—we’ll tailor every session to meet you where you’re at.

  • Everything is done in my private home gym, so it’s a comfortable space with no distractions, just you and I!

    Each session includes:

    1. 5-minute warm-up

    2. Personalized strength training

    3. 5-minute cooldown to support recovery

  • I offer both 30-minute and 60-minute sessions for convenience, so it just depends on what works best with your schedule. The only difference in a 60-minute session is that we have more time for strength training.

    Package
    options are more cost-effective, but if you’re new, I recommend starting with a single session to see if we’re a good fit!

  • You’ll have full flexibility to book your sessions through my calendar. Some clients train once a week, others up to four times—it’s totally up to you and your goals.

  • If you purchase a 5 or 10 session package, you’ll receive a certificate code after checkout (it will also be emailed to you).

    You have two ways to book your sessions:
    1. Right after purchase: You can book your sessions directly from the confirmation page. Your certificate code will be auto-filled—just select “Single Session (Pay As You Go)” and continue. The cost will be waived at checkout.

    2. If you leave the page: No worries! Just open the email you received after checkout. You’ll see your certificate code and a link labeled “schedule.” Click that link—it’ll take you to the booking page with your code already entered.

  • 1. Choose Your Session
    Pick between Individual or Buddy Training sessions:

    • Individual Sessions are fully personalized to your fitness level, goals, and any specific needs.

    • Buddy Sessions are designed around shared goals and are not customized to each person individually.

    2. Complete Your Intake Form
    After booking your first session, you’ll receive a New Client Intake Form. This helps me get to know your background, movement history, and what you’re hoping to achieve.

    3. Follow-Up & Planning
    Once I receive your form, I’ll reach out (usually via Facebook or email) to go over any questions and chat about your personalized plan. We’ll also cover any concerns you have before getting started—so you feel confident and ready to go!
