Who I Am
Hi, I’m Amy Dang! I’m passionate about helping women 30 and up reclaim their strength, confidence, and energy. With a background in nursing from the University of Ottawa, an Active Aging certificate through CanFit, and a lifelong love of health and fitness, I understand how deeply exercise can transform not just your body, but also your mind and spirit.
When I’m not in the gym, you’ll find me hanging out with my “zoo” (two chihuahuas and three cats), golfing, curling, skiing, or spending time with family and friends. I truly believe wellness is a lifelong adventure, and I’d be honored to be part of yours. I’d love to help you embrace a lifestyle where taking care of yourself feels achievable and fulfilling.
