It’s a gentle, postpartum-friendly program designed to help women safely reconnect with their core and pelvic floor. The focus is on mobility, breathwork, light strengthening, and body awareness—without pressure.

This is for women who’ve recently given birth (or even years ago) and are dealing with things like diastasis recti, pelvic heaviness, weak core, or just want to feel strong again in their body. First-timers welcome—no experience needed.

Each session will be 30 minutes and can be done from from home gym, or online.

A yoga mat or soft surface, a resistance band (I'll recommend one), a pillow or yoga block, and a chair. That’s it!

This isn’t a weight-loss program. It’s about feeling stronger, more supported, and more connected to your body. If weight loss happens as a result of moving more and feeling better—great. But that’s not the focus.
