What to Expect After Signing Up

  1. Fill Out the Intake Form: New clients will be sent a New Client Intake Form after purchasing a workout plan. This form helps me understand your background and goals.

  2. Follow-Up: Once I receive your intake form, I’ll reach out via Facebook, text, or email to ask any additional questions and discuss your personalized plan. At this time, we can go over any concerns before we start.

  3. Personalized Plan & Support: You'll get a workout plan with video demos for each exercise, plus ongoing text support for motivation and guidance.

  4. Progress Check-Ins: Every 4 weeks, we’ll review your progress and adjust your plan as needed. You can also send videos anytime for form feedback!

  • Nope! Your program will be designed based on what you have access to—whether that’s a full gym, a few dumbbells at home, or just bodyweight exercises.

  • Most clients receive a new plan every 4 weeks, but if you prefer weekly workout plans with more frequent adjustments, that’s available for an additional cost.

  • While everything is online, you have the option to book monthly progress check-ins via Google Teams or Zoom if needed!
