With a young baby, my schedule can change frequently and Amy has been flexible to rescheduling sessions as needed. Her space is welcoming, clean and set up really well. Hey friends! I wanted to give a shout-out to Amy Dang for her personal training business. I had my first trial session with her this afternoon and she was just lovely and made me feel completely at ease. I have very severe anxiety and was quite nervous to go, but she was great! I did a few exercises and she helped to make sure my form was correct and was nothing but encouraging to me. Also, i was highly impressed with her gym setup, its better than the one at my office!Highly recommend you check her out! (I think she caters to women 30+, but you can double check with her on that).
