If your baby isn’t walking yet, you’re more than welcome to bring them along to your session. They won’t be involved in the workout, but they can hang out nearby in a bouncer or on a yoga mat while you train. It’s a simple way to help you prioritize yourself without needing to find childcare.

Pick between Individual or Buddy Training sessions:Individual Sessions are fully personalized to your level, goals, and any specific needs.
Buddy Sessions are designed around shared goals and are not customized to each person individually.
2. Complete Your New-Client Intake Form
After booking your first session, you’ll receive a New Client Intake Form by email. This helps me get to know your background, movement history, and what you’re hoping to achieve.3. Follow-Up & Planning
Once I receive your form, I’ll reach out (usually via Facebook or email) to go over any questions I have. Feel free to reach out and ask questions before getting started—so you feel confident and ready to go!
Progress isn’t always linear — and that’s okay!
Some days you’ll feel strong, some days not so much. What matters is showing up, staying consistent, and building habits that support your goals long-term. We’ll take it step by step, with a focus on real progress that lasts.
